A NORTH-EAST gaming company is hoping to move to the next level after creating three new jobs.
Coatsink Software, in Middlesbrough, develops games for iPhones, iPads and Android platforms, and was founded by Tom Beardsmore and Paul Crabb in 2010.
The company has now taken on game design graduates, Laura Kay-Owens and Kathryn Davis, from Teesside University, as quality assurance specialists.
Programming graduate, Matthew Hubery, from Newcastle, is the third addition, having been recruited through Teesside University's graduate employability scheme.
Mr Beardsmore said: “The most important thing for us when looking for a new team member is passion for video-games and the industry, and our experience tells us that combining your hobby with your job leads to great things.
“With that in mind, Kathryn, Laura and Matthew were clear choices and they have quickly proven themselves.”
