Elite Serviced Apartments, in Yarm, strikes deal to take on 500 properties

A NORTH-EAST apartments company now has more than 500 properties after securing a new deal.
Elite Serviced Apartments (ESA), based in Yarm, is now a partner with Deep Blue Apartments, offering accommodation across the UK.
The company says it has seen a rise in demand for apartments, despite the economic climate, and has bought properties in Yarm, Thornaby and Hartlepool Marina.
Katrina Rosser, ESA managing director, said: “With an extensive portfolio we will be able to help any client find the most appropriate accommodation.
“We have experienced unprecedented demand for accommodation as more people are choosing a home from home environment instead of staying in a hotel.”
