WR Financial, in Stockton, works with Yearsley Logistics
A FINANCIAL adviser, which provides firms with pensions and insurance support, says it expects turnover to hit £1m after sealing a contract with a national company.
WR Financial, based in Stockton, has been appointed by frozen food transport company Yearsley Logistics to deliver auto-enrolment pension services for its 1,000-strong workforce.
Yearsley, which has a depot in Seaham, County Durham, delivers more than 12,000 pallets every day to food companies, and WR bosses say the agreement will allow them to create two new jobs.
Tony Slimmings, WR director, said: “This is a momentous contract because it not only means our target £1m turnover is anticipated to be exceeded but we can also continue to strengthen our workforce.
“We are now seen as a leading pension and reward benefit practice not only working with small and medium-sized clients but large employer companies.”
