Firms urged to get involved with movie makers
FUNDING is up for grabs for companies with innovative ideas to help the film sector to grow outside London.
Creative England is offering between £10,000 and £50,000 per project.
The Innovations and Partnerships Fund offers an opportunity to work with Creative England on original projects related to the film industry.
These could support a wide range of areas from development, production and distribution to business growth, innovation and inward investment.
Caroline Norbury, Creative England’s chief executive, said: “We recognise that our support for the film is best delivered alongside organisations that share our ambitions and have complementary skills, expertise and knowledge.
“This fund is the opportunity for public and private sector companies to work with us on new ways of supporting the film sector.”
Applications are open from today. More information can be found at www.creativeengland.co.uk/index.php/portfolio/film/#innovations
