Data firm's turnover delight
A DATA management firm has seen turnover increase after launching a new product.
Active Documents, in Billingham, near Stockton, says its paperdata website has helped more regional and international companies evaluate their services.
Bosses say it allows customers the opportunity to create electronic and paper feedback forms to assess teaching systems.
They added turnover has increased by 20 per cent, and expect it to rise further as the firm continues to expand.
Chris Pink, Active Documents’ sales director, said: “Paperdata resulted from a client coming to us with a problem and we realised the solution could be rolled out to other commercial training organisations as an efficient and easy way to gather data.”
The website was designed with help from the North East Business Support Fund (NEBSF), a service delivered by NBSL.
John King, North East business support manager, said: “We’re delighted to be able to support great business ideas such as paperdata.
“Active’s client base is continually growing thanks to the website for the new branch of the business.”
