A DIGITAL agency has launched a service to help develop new business ideas.

Visualsoft, in Stockton, says its Innovation Lab will bring together concepts, build them in-house and release them to the market.

Bosses say for every idea that goes to market, the collaborator will receive a five per cent stake of all profits made from the launch.

They added it has already received 40 ideas from existing Visualsoft staff, with a number scheduled for development in early 2015.

Dean Benson, Visualsoft chief executive, said: “Innovation has always been a huge part of our culture, so it makes perfect sense to capitalise on that further by broadening the scope of how and where innovation can be used to help make the business even more successful in the future.”

The company has recruited digital marketer John Ryder to lead the Innovation Lab, and has been tasked with growing the company’s Newcastle division.
