COMPANIES are being urged to take advantage of a popular event.
The Tees Valley Business Summit takes place later this year, offering an exhibition and presentations, as well as workshops on areas such as supply chain opportunities and funding support.
Back for a fourth year, the day has been praised by a previous exhibitor, who is encouraging others to capitalise on the opportunity.
Andrea Clarke, director at business development trainer Enterprise Made Simple, which has offices in Middlesbrough, Redcar and Stockton, said contacts made at the 2014 event delivered thousands of pounds worth of business.
She added: “There was an excellent mix of other exhibitors and good footfall throughout the whole of the day.
“That does not always happen at such events, where visitors can tail off in the afternoon.”
The event takes place in the Olympia Building, at Teesside University, in Middlesbrough, on Wednesday, July 8.
Although free to attend, delegates must register to secure a place.
