ROBBIE returns with his ninth solo album after the successful reconciliation with Take That. In fact, lead single Candy, cowritten by Gary Barlow, is an exuberant, brass-filled chant.
Elsewhere, there are plenty of stadium pleasers. Gospel is reflective and a middle finger to Williams’ detractors, while Different pleads for forgiveness with a killer chorus. A much more cohesive and confident collection than 2009’s Reality Killed The Video Star.
