IT'S a week of revelations for Sharon in EastEnders (BBC1) as she discovers that not only has Phil forged her signature on a contract handing the Albert over to Vincent, he's also tracked down her biological father.

She's understandably nervous about coming face to face with her dad for the first time, but Phil and Ronnie are more concerned with finding out how she intends to handle the Vincent situation, and agree to remind Sharon that being a Mitchell means making sacrifices for the family...

Elsewhere, Pam and Les are thrilled when their grandson Paul arrives in the Square, although the undertaker feels slightly less happy about the reunion after Paul realises something is going on between him and Claudette. At least the newcomer makes a good impression on Lola, but it seems he may have his eye on someone else.

Cindy admits she's changed her mind about letting Jane and Ian adopt Beth, but when the social worker reminds her that the baby's welfare takes priority, the teen mum presents the Beales with an ultimatum.

Abi turns to Lola for advice on how to spice things up with Ben, but although her boyfriend later brags about their night of passion, Jay remains unconvinced.

In Coronation Street (ITV) Susan calls to say she's sending Michael a photo album that documents Gavin's life, so Andy and Gail attempt to intercept it.

They fail miserably, and look on horrified as Michael flicks through it, slowly realising that the young man he's bonded with in recent months is not his flesh and blood - and that his wife knew all about it. Then, to make matters worse, they reveal that the real Gavin is dead.

Unsurprisingly, Michael prefers kipping in his car than sharing the marital bed - can he and Gail find a way to get past this latest setback in their relationship?

Meanwhile, Todd's scheming leaves Eileen heartbroken when Adrian dumps her, having learnt all about her dream man, Jeff. Jason also discovers that it was his half-brother who engineered the end of his relationship with Eva.

Having upset both his loved ones, it remains to be seen whether Todd has any future on the cobbles.

Vanessa and Adam's secret is well and truly out this week in Emmerdale (ITV), as Rakesh urges his son to forget about the baby, and concentrate on his studies. So, when the lawyer later finds the letter containing the results of the DNA test, will he be tempted to have a look?

Meanwhile, Victoria is still angry with Adam - and it's Ashley who bears the brunt of it when she accidentally runs him over following a row with her cheating boyfriend.

The vicar picks himself up and assures her he's okay, but later collapses. And the fact that he was found unconscious following a confrontation with Laurel, who was about to hit the bottle again after making a humiliating confession to Marlon, means that fingers are quickly pointed in his ex's direction.

Victoria feels guilty, but Laurel finds a way to make the situation even worse by turning up drunk at Ashley's bedside, and then spreading a rumour that he's died.

Elsewhere, David and Alicia prepare to say their goodbyes, while Emma takes sneaky action to keep James in the village. Leyla struggles to resist Jay's dubious charms, and Carly and Bob get an unlikely accomplice in their plan to commit identity fraud.
