WITNESS APPEAL: Police are trying to trace a dog-walker who may have seen an assault during which a youth tried to snatch a mobile phone.
The attack happened at about 8.15pm on Saturday, November 3 in Headingly Crescent on the Red Hall estate in Darlington.
Police say the 25-year-old victim was punched in the face by an assailant who was about 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build and white.
