PLAY DAY: A special event is being held to help groups get the best out of play areas across Hambleton district. The Hambleton Play Partnership is hosting play factor, which will provide tips and advice on how to make play spaces exciting and challenging. The event on March 21 at the Civic Centre, Northallerton, starts at 6pm with a play market followed by presentations.
