GROUP WALK: Age UK will hold a gentle three mile walk around South Park, in Darlington, on Monday, February 11, as part of their Doorstep Walks initiative. Walkers should meet at the South Park cafe at 10.30am. Call 01325-362832 for information.
FIELD CLUB: The next meeting of the Darlington and Teesdale Naturalist’s Field Club will include a talk by Tony Crease on ‘bombs, bullets and bonxies’. The club meets each Monday at 7.30pm at Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College, in Darlington. Call 01325-469401 for details.
COMEDY SHOW: Cornish comedian Jethro will appear at Darlington Civic Theatre on Monday, February 11, at 7.30pm, with his latest stand-up show. Tickets are available by calling the box office on 01325-486555.
ROMANIA TALK: The Darlington Lecture Association will hear an illustrated presentation by Catherine Hooper, called Something Afoot in Romania, when they meet on Monday, February 11, at 7.45pm at Carmel RC College, in Headlands, Darlington.
