Buggy bootcamps to keep parents fit

WEEKLY sessions have begun aimed at keeping parents fit.
The Buggy Bootcamp sessions are taking place at Kelloe Sure Start Children’s Centre, on Front Street, Kelloe, on Tuesdays from 9.30am to 10.15am.
Mothers, fathers and carers are invited to join the free fitness and nutrition sessions, delivered by Eclipse Fitness and Personal Training.
Meanwhile, weekly sessions for fathers and male carers only take place at Laurel Avenue Children’s Centre, Sherburn Road Estate, Durham, on Saturdays from 9.30am to 10.15am.
