Darlington man denies stealing bank card from "vulnerable victim"
A MAN accused of stealing a bank card and using it to withdraw cash has denied the charges against him.
Jack Gallagher, 19, of Elmfield Street, Darlington, is alleged to have stolen a bank card from a vulnerable victim and used it to take £409.36 worth of cash and to pay for drinks and cigarettes.
He denied one charge of fraud by false representation and another of theft when he appeared at Darlington Magistrates’ Court. He was granted unconditional bail ahead of his trial on October 24.
