Fair at Cockerton Methodist Church
CHURCH FAIR: Cockerton Methodist Church is hosting a fair this Saturday, October 12.
There will be a range of stalls selling jewellery, cards, plants and much more, plus lunch and snacks served throughout.
Admission is free and the fair is open from 10.30am to 2pm.
WILD NIGHT: A charity night is being held at the Cockerton Club on Woodlands Road to raise money for Zoe’s Place baby hospice in Middlesbrough.
The Western-themed White Line Fever event will take place from 7pm on October 19 and is being hosted by the Big D Country and Western Club.
Tickets cost £3.50 for adults, £2.50 for children, available from the Cockerton Club bar.
SOCIAL FUN: The next Dementia Café organised by the Alzheimer's Society takes place at St Herbert's church hall, Yarm Rd, on October 15 from 10am to noon.
CHURCH SALE: A nearly new sale of baby toys, books, clothing and equipment is being held at Bondgate Methodist Church on Saturday, October 12.
It is being organised by parenting charity NCT and admission is £1 with proceeds going to the charity.
Children are admitted free and the event runs from 10.15am to noon.
