A MUDDY adventure challenge is expected to raise up to £4,000 for the Butterwick Hospice.
The event at Hamsterley Forest, near Bishop Auckland, last weekend, saw eight teams of ten people take part in a series of tasks, including rolling tyres, stretcher race and tug of war.
Helen Kirby, of Butterwick Hospice, said they were really pleased with how the event had turned out and added that together with match funding from Barclays, they expected to raise about £4,000.
