Autumn Fair at St Cuthbert's Church in Darlington
FAIR: St Cuthbert's Church on Market Place, Darlington, will be holding its Autumn Fair in the Church Centre on Saturday, November 2.
There will be an assortment of stalls selling cakes, toys, stationery, books and more.
Prizes will be up for grabs on the tombola and raffle and refreshments will be available.
Entry is 50p, accompanied children go free and the fair runs from 11am until 2pm.
ART: An exhibition by the artist in residence at Teesside University is now open at the Crown Street Gallery in Darlington Central Library.
Julie Macbean’s Start of the Line exhibition features many striking images of the Darlington landscape and runs at the gallery until November 27.
CHOIR: Staff at Sainsbury’s on Victoria Road would like to thank all the customers who donated money at the recent Military Wags choir performance.
The event raised £617 for the choir’s funds.
PERFORM: The Café Hippo open mic night returns to Café Create on Parkgate on November 8.
All performers, musicians and comedians are welcome.
SPOOKY: An afternoon of Halloween-themed family activities takes place at the Tennis Dene on Thursday from 11am to 3pm.
The free event will feature a spooky cave, zorbing, a climbing wall, arts and crafts and face painting.
There will also be a children's fancy dress parade at 1pm - with prizes for the best costumes.
