Curfew imposed on Darlington man who stole computer tablet from friend
A CURFEW has been placed on a man who stole a computer tablet from a house he had been invited into.
Anthony Foster, 26, took the £150 Samsung tablet from his friend’s Darlington home in August and pleaded guilty to theft when he appeared before the town’s magistrates today (Tuesday, November 5).
He also admitted to missing a bail appointment in September.
After reading a probation service report, magistrates ordered that Foster, of Inverary Close, Darlington, be placed under a tagged home curfew for ten weeks between 8pm and 7am each day.
He was also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge.
