Northallerton Ramblers will be staging a “Wensleydale Cheese Trail” on December 19; a walk of just over five miles around the East Witton area. Those wanting to take part can meet at East Witton at 10.30am and the walk will take in Cover Bridge, Jervaulx Abbey and Newstead. For more details ring George on 01609-771169.
GUITAR CONCERT: Guitarist Jonathan Parkin will be staging a classical concert on Sunday, December 15 at Stokesley Town Hall. Tickets, £8, are available from Julie in the parish office on 01642-710270 or on the door.
