TWO men are being hunted after an early-morning attack on two others which resulted in one victim being taken to hospital.
The assault happened at 2.30am last Thursday, December 12, in Catterick, near Darlington College, but details have only just been released.
Two men from Catterick Garrison, aged 25 and 29, were assaulted by two men causing minor head injuries. One of the men was taken to the Friarage Hospital in Northallerton for treatment.
The first suspect was described as short and stocky, with short brown hair. He was wearing a navy blue jumper with white writing on front.
The second man was around 5ft 8in tall. He was wearing a zip-up hoodie with writing in the shape of a rainbow on the front.
PC Helen Lavender said: “Thankfully, neither of the victims of this apparently unprovoked attack were seriously injured.
“If you witnessed the assault or can help to identify either of the men responsible I urge you to contact the police straight away.”
