DURHAM County Council planning officials have granted Catherine McKenna planning permission to convert the basement of 29-33 Neville Street, Durham, into a bar, along with associated alterations to the ground and first floors.
FAMILY SERVICE: Emmanuel Church Durham will host a Family Service at The Durham Centre, Belmont Industrial Estate, Durham, on Sunday (December 22) at 10.30am. All are welcome.
FAREWELL JAMES: The Reverend James Menzies will be exiting as Curate of Eppleton with Hetton-Lyons in January to become team vicar of Portland, Salisbury.
