Residents to be consulted over plans for £4,000 Shildon bus shelter

Residents are to be consulted over plans to erect a £4,000 bus shelter in Shildon. Durham County councillors Henry Nicholson and Trish Pemberton, who represent the town, have pledged £2,000 between them for the West Road scheme. The county council is to match fund the councillors' contributions.
