A FREE screening of two films based on the memories of older gay men and lesbians is to take place next month.
The films - "Queen’s Evidence" and "Gateway To Heaven" will be shown at the Methodist Church in North Road, Durham City on Wednesday, January 8.
The event has been organised by Age UK County Durham’s Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender group for the over 50s.
Both films portray the real lives and words of older people, but played by actors and include the past relationship between gay people and the police.
The event takes place from 10.30am to 1pm and refreshments will be provided.
