POLICE AUDIT: A police audit of the Harrowgate Hill area of Darlington noted problems with dog fouling, speeding on Thompson Street East, obstructive parking on The Leas junction and evidence of fly tipping on Whessoe Road. The council’s StreetScene team have been alerted to deal with the dog fouling and enforcement action will be taken against those who park inconsiderately.
