Exercise sessions aim to keep Parkinson's sufferers on the move
THE South Durham branch of Parkinson's UK has organised a series of Keep Moving sessions which start later this month.
They are designed to improve stamina and flexibility and will take place on Tuesday mornings from 10am to 11am at St Paul's Centre, Spennymoor, starting January 21.
The sessions are specifically designed for Parkinson's sufferers and are led by a qualified neuro physiotherapist.
The cost is £3 per session, paid at the door.
