Social exercise session in Consett
Age UK County Durham will stage new sociable exercise session for over 65s in the Community Room at the new Tesco Extra store, in Genesis Way, Consett. The sessions, from 1pm to 3pm on Mondays will start on February 3. A donation of £1.50 will be requested. To book a place contact (01207) 280119.
STABLES: A planning application has been submitted to Durham County Council seeking planning permission for stables and horsebox store at Greenacres Farm, Salters Lane, Durham. Consideration is pending.
HOUSE APPROVED: Durham County Council has granted planning permission for a new house and detached garage on land next to Parklands, St James Fields, Castle Eden.
