The annual general meeting of the South Durham branch of the Parkinson’s UK charity is to take place at St Paul’s Centre, in Spennymoor. It is on Monday, February 10 between 1.30pm and 3.30pm and Margaret Hunter, an information and support worker for Parkinson’s UK, will attend.

EXERCISE CLASSES: The Parkinson’s UK South Durham branch is holding Keep Moving sessions. They are held every Tuesday at St Paul’s Centre, in Spennymoor, between 10am and 11am and they are designed to help sufferers of Parkinson’s improve mobility. VALENTINE’S DANCE: Tickets are on sale for a Valentine’s dance to be held at St Paul’s Centre, in Spennymoor, on Saturday, February 15 at 7pm. Entry is £8, including food, but dancers should provide their own drinks. To book tickets contact Averre Cleary on 01388-816527.
