COUNCILLOR Eddie Murphy will hold a surgery in Howden-le-Wear Community Centre on Friday (February 14), from 10am to noon.
YOUTH CLUB: Howden-le-Wear Community Centre is running a junior youth club for children aged five to 11-years-old every Monday during school term, starting 6pm. A tuck shop will be available. Admission is £1.
MESSY CHURCH: Howden- le-Wear Bridge Street Methodist Chapel is holding messy church for children up to ten-years-old on Tuesday, February 18, from 10am to noon. The theme is God’s family/our family.
TRIP TALK: Julie Ward, of Jack Drum Arts, and Fiona Nicol, of Bishop Auckland Women’s Aid will give a talk about their trip to Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Hebron and Ramallah at the St Cuthbert’s Centre, Church Hill, Crook, on Saturday (February 15), at 3pm. Admission is free, but donations welcome.
