Cherry tree stolen from Bishop Middleham Primary School

A SMALL Japanese flowering cherry tree was stolen from the grounds of Bishop Middleham Primary School between Monday, February 17, and Monday, February 24. The tree was planted close to the entrance gate. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sedgefield Neighbourhood Police Team on 101, quoting incident number SL1400300, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555-111.

COACH TRIP: Neville Community Centre in Newton Aycliffe is organising a coach trip to York for the day on Monday, March 17. There will be pick-ups in Newton Aycliffe, Aycliffe Village and Heighington, from 8.30am to 9.35am and the coach will return by 6pm. Tickets cost £12.
