Coffee morning in aid of Friarage Hospital's children's ward

A coffee morning will raise money to help young patients at the Friarage Hospital’s children’s ward. The event is at the Methodist School Rooms, Ashdale Road, Helmsley, on Saturday 22 March from 10am to 1pm for refreshments. There’ll be a range of Easter crafts, cakes, second hand toys, bead craft, children’s temporary transfers and lots more. It’s being organised with the help of grandmother Katrina Theobald and her grand children to raise money for the ward in thanks for the care they have received there.

Bedale Junior football Club is looking for new female footballers in school years three to seven to attend coaching sessions at the training field, in Firby Road on Mondays between 6.30pm and 7.30pm. For details call Tony Cooper on 01677 432125 or email bedalejuniorsclubsecretary@gmail.com .
