A coffee morning will raise money to help young patients at the Friarage Hospital’s children’s ward. The event is at the Methodist School Rooms, Ashdale Road, Helmsley, on Saturday 22 March from 10am to 1pm for refreshments. There’ll be a range of Easter crafts, cakes, second hand toys, bead craft, children’s temporary transfers and lots more. It’s being organised with the help of grandmother Katrina Theobald and her grand children to raise money for the ward in thanks for the care they have received there.
