Darlington Council is holding free workshops to help residents improve their basic computing skills.

The sessions take place at Crown Street Library between 9.30am and 3.30pm on March 19, 21, 26, 28 and 31.

They cover topics such as downloading and using the internet for job searches.

CRIME CONCERNS: A Police and Communities Together (Pact) meeting will take place for Eastbourne residents on Wednesday (March 12).

Police and council representatives will be at the Pilmoor Green Community Centre between 10am and 11am to discuss residents’ crime concerns.
