A football knock-out tournament is being held at a Ferryhill fun day
FOOTBALL teams are to battle it out in a knock-out competition as part of a family fun day to be held in Ferryhill.
The Dean Bank Park event is being organised by Ferryhill Town Council, the Ferryhill 2000 Committee and Ferryhill Town Youth Football Club.
Trophies will be presented to the winning teams and the annual event is on Sunday, May 11, between 10am and 3pm.
There will also be fun activities for people to test their football skills plus a junior fun fair, stalls, Punch and Judy, face painting and refreshments.
