A LITTLE Legs Big Fun Family Walk around Durham will be held on Thursday, April 17. There will be walking, games, trails and quizzes for children aged six and up, accompanied by an adult. The cost is £3 for children, free for adults. The walk is 4.5 miles long and will last about three hours. Participants should meet at the Neptune statue in Durham Market Place at 11am.

EASTER WEEK: Emmanuel Church Durham is hosting a teaching series titled The Seven Last Words, focusing on Jesus' words on the cross, at The Durham Centre, Belmont Industrial Estate, Durham, during Easter Week. There will be sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8pm, plus Good Friday at 10am. An Easter service will be held on Easter Sunday at 10.30am, with Stew Hogg preaching. All are welcome.

AFTERNOON MUSIC: The next concert in Belmont Parish Hall's International Afternoon Series 2014 of classical music concerts will be on Thursday, May 10, at 2.30pm.
