SUPERMARKET staff donned superhero costumes to raise money for charity today (Thursday, April 17).
Staff at the Tesco Extra store in Dragonville, Durham City, took part in the fancy dress fundraiser in aid of Diabetes UK.
The Dance for Diabetes took place in store, with supporters rattling donation buckets.
So far, the store has raised £7,000 for the charity, part of a nationwide total which currently stands at £10m.
Staff would also like to thank everyone who supported an Easter egg collection for Cash for Kids. Around 220 eggs were donated.
