CRAFTS and collectables will be on sale in a Teesdale village on Sunday.

A craft fair takes place in the Masonic hall, at Middleton-in-Teesdale, from 11am to 3pm.

Local crafts, vintage goods, clothes, books and soaps are among the items on sale.

The event will be held on the last Sunday of every month until October.

OPEN MIC: An open mic night takes place in Butterknowle village hall, on Sunday, from 7.30pm to 11pm. Free entry.

CAR BOOT SALE: There will be a car boot sale at the Middleton-in-Teesdale Auction Mart, on Sunday, from 10am to 2pm. Entry for sellers is £5 for cars and £8 for vans or 4x4s. OPEN GARDEN: As part of the National Garden Scheme, the Old Vicarage, in Hutton Magna, is holding an open garden event, on Sunday, from 2pm to 5pm. Entry is £3 for adults and free for children.
