A NEW Screwfix store will create 12 jobs when it officially opens in Bishop Auckland this Thursday (October 23).
Store manager Brendan Doherty said: “We’ve created 12 brand new vacancies and have employed local people from around the Bishop Auckland area.
“Our new team includes people of all ages and levels of experience, but the most important requirement is that they have the right attitude and can offer superb customer service.
"Everyone here is really looking forward to the store opening."
The store is at Abraham Enterprise Park in St Helen Auckland.
