DARLINGTON’S Mayor and Mayoress lent their hand to helping youngsters raise bags of money for Comic Relief.
Mayor Gerald Lee and his wife Ruth helped a team of students from Hummersknott School pack customers’ shopping bags at the Sainsbury’s supermarket on Victoria Road.
