A POPULAR farm shop and cafe has a new restaurant manager.
Roni Oxley has joined Graeme and Sarah Thompson's Lakeside Farm Shop and Country Cafe at Ellerton, near Scorton, Richmond.
She has previously worked at the Frenchgate Cafe, in Richmond, and the Travellers Rest, in Dalton.
The Lakeside was recently listed in the Independent newspaper's top 50 places for brunch and is noted for its local, home-made food.
The farm shop stocks a wide range of produce from local suppliers including meat, cheese, preserves, fruit and vegetables.
It will soon also be selling Angel Chocolates from Reeth.
