Fresh new pictures have revealed the full extent of how busy a North East shopping centre can get at this time of year.

As we enter the Christmas season and December 25 closes in, shopping parks and centres across the UK are beginning to become quite busy.

Teesside Park is no exception to this and new pictures captured by TeesPix.Photos have shown how busy the park can get.

It’s no surprise too with a range of places to shop such as Barker and Stonehouse, Card Factory, Clinton Cards and Hotel Chocolat.

Shoppers can also stop for a bite to eat from places like Five Guys, Greggs, Costa Coffee and Asda Café.
