Police are searching for a wanted man thought to be actively evading arrest.
Tyrin Miller, 25, is wanted in connection with reports of assault and criminal damage.
Officers say they have carried out extensive searches for Miller across the region and believe he is actively evading arrest.
The Sunderland man has links to the Hylton Castle area.
Northumbria Police are today asking for the public’s help to find their fugitive.
A force spokesperson said: “Officers are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted Sunderland man.

“The public are also reminded that harbouring a wanted fugitive is an offence and those involved could face prosecution.
“Miller, or anyone who believes they have seen him, are asked to contact police as soon as possible by using the ‘Report’ page of the Northumbria Police website or by calling 101, quoting reference: NP-20231114-0983.
“Alternatively, members of the public can report anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
