Easter Sunday is finally upon us and as many of us are keen to get out and participate in some outdoor easter activities like egg hunts, we can finally welcome some fantastic weather.
Today (Sunday, 31) will bring some well-awaited patches of sun continuing on from yesterday’s bright spells. The Met Office does, however, predict that today will be a little cloudier than yesterday, but the sun will appear mid-day.
Temperatures are expected to reach a maximum of 13C, but the afternoon will bring a drop in temperature (likely by 5C) and some grey clouds, so make sure to plan your egg hunts early in the day. It may be a particularly cooler day for those along coastlines where cloud and an onshore breeze will help limit temperatures.
