A man accused of attempting to rape a woman in her own home and intentional strangulation will appear in court next month.
Jonathan Cummings is also charged with trespass with intent to a commit sexual offence.

He was arrested days after the alleged attack in Durham City in the early hours of Saturday April 13.
The 33-year-old of Cookson Terrace, Chester-le-Street, appeared before Newton Aycliffe Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
He has been remanded into custody and will appear before Durham Crown Court on May 23.
