Centre to host snooker clash

SNOOKER world champions will clash in a match being staged at a North-East leisure centre.
Peter Ebdon will play John Higgins in the Premier League Snooker match at Spennymoor Leisure Centre, County Durham.
The event also includes a match between Neil Robertson and Ding Junhui.
The matches are due to be screened by Sky TV.
The snooker matches will take place on Thursday, November 15, from 7.30pm. Tickets are £18 or £15 for concessions.
