CHESTER-le-Street’s biggest landlord has boosted its health and safety service.
Cestria Community Housing, which owns and manages more than 4,000 former council houses in the town and surrounding villages, has teamed up with homes and communities organisation, livin, based in Spennymoor, which will provide the service in both areas.
Cestria’s head of corporate service Christine Scott said: “We knew that livin had an excellent health and safety team and this new partnership means we now have access to their expertise and advice and can share best practice."
