A Chester-le-Street Salvation Army will hold a coffee and lunch day at the town’s St Mary’s and St Cuthbert’s Church Parish Centre, on Saturday March 2 from 10am to 2pm. Entry is free and cakes, crafts and bric-a-brac will be on sale. Everyone is welcome.
Cadets cash: Chester- le- Street Sea Cadets have been given a £1,000 donation by the Ropner Centenary Trust.
