A GUIDED walk will take in landmarks reflecting the North-East’s industrial heritage, on Sunday (March 9).
Voluntary countryside ranger Eric Borley leads the walk, Coal and Rail at Beamish, over eight-miles of north Durham countryside.
It starts at Eden Place Picnic Area, just off the A693, near Beamish Museum, at 10am.
Participants are advised it is expected to take up to four-and-a-half hours to complete. There is a £4 charge per walker.
