AUDITIONS are being held this week for an all-girl act.
Two singers are wanted to form a band with Karen Harding, winner of last year’s Music Means Life talent show.
Since winning the contest, the 17-year-old, from Consett, has supported international artists such as Beverley Knight and Mick Hucknall and performed at Newcastle City Hall.
Auditions are taking place at the Newcastle College of Performing Arts this Friday, and Saturday, July 3 and 4, between 10am and 6pm.
Applicants must be aged between 16 and 20 and from the North-East. More details from denise@upsideuk.com.
