A MOBILE gym will be up and running in Trimdon Village next week.
The Wellness on Wheels (Wow) gym will arrive at Trimdon Community College tomorrow (Monday, January 19), as part of a Durham County Council initiative to encourage residents to improve their health and fitness.
Free to use, the gym offers access to gym equipment and a chance to find out more about healthy eating.
Trimdon residents are encouraged to go along and speak to one of the qualified instructors to find out how the gym could help them and other ways to be more active in the year ahead.
The gym, which has disabled access and is accredited by the Inclusive Fitness Initiative, will remain at the college until Friday, March 27.
It will open from 10am until 7pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 6pm on Friday.
Everyone is welcome.
