VIEWS are being sought from Darlington shoppers about what changes or improvements they would like for the town centre.
Business Improvement District company, Distinct Darlington, has launched an online customer satisfaction survey to collect and record shoppers’ opinions.
The 18-question survey includes questions about shopping habits, frequency of visits and which streets are the most popular for shopping.
It also asks for opinions on parking and what changes could be made to make the shopping experience more enjoyable in Darlington.
One survey entrant will be chosen at random to win a £50 shopping voucher.
Distinct Darlington general manager Alex Hirst said: “The aim is to build up a profile of Darlington shoppers and demonstrate trends based on previous analysis and this research.
“This will give us a better understanding of Darlington shoppers and Darlington town centre businesses moving forward.”
The survey is at surveymonkey.com/s/distinctdarlington2015 and the closing date for entries is January 30.
